Our butter is made exclusively from fresh milk from the production areas of Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano , daily subjected to the control of the entire production chain.

Without colouring and without preservatives, the colour varies from white in winter to yellow in summer, depending on what the cattle is fed.
