Lactose-free milk is a dietary milk particularly suitable for those who have trouble digesting lactose, the natural sugar contained in common milk.
Through a specific treatment, all lactose is transformed into two sugars (glucose and galactose) easily assimilated, making the milk much more digestible.

The only ingredient is milk from our supply, packaged every day.
Microfiltration, a physical method that eliminates 99.9% of the original microbial flora, leaving the nutrients and organoleptic features of the milk unaltered.
The milk then undergoes a single heat pasteurisation treatment, like any fresh milk.
