Ricotta obtained by coagulation with citric acid of heated whey and cow's milk, not seasoned.

The whey used comes from the production of spun paste and soft cheese such as crescenza.

Èpiù ricotta is a fresh dairy product with a compact and slightly grainy texture, with a sweet and delicate taste and aroma, ideal for sweet and savoury dishes.

The product does not contain GMOs or products derived from GMOs.
