We produce our stracchino exclusively with whole pasteurised cow's milk, salt and rennet.

The result is a fat cheese with an even white colour, a delicate smell and an extremely pleasant taste.

Melts in the mouth

The èpiù stracchino dough is soft, creamy, with an even texture, compact and without holes, easy to spread.

Controlled quality

The milk comes exclusively from selected Italian farms, daily subjected to checks of the entire production chain.

The product does not contain GMOs or products derived from GMOs.
