Milk treated with UHT system which consists of bringing the milk at high temperature for a few seconds.
The UHT thermal treatment inactivates the bacterial load in the milk, thus making it hygienically safe. The subsequent packaging in aseptic conditions and the use of packaging sterilised and protecting against air and light allow the product a prolonged duration without the use, according to the law, of preserving substances.
The product is intended for all individuals compatibly with their state of health.
