Preparation

Set the croutons or slices of wholemeal bread in 6 dishes.

Whisk the cold ricotta with the sour cream, mixing them with a wooden spoon until obtaining a frothy cream, add salt and pepper to taste and spread it on the bread./p>

Cover with a slice of crunchy lettuce, a couple of slices of tomato and sliced cucumber./p>

Cover with smoked salmon and decorate with leaves of fresh basil and poppy seeds.
