Using a sharp knife, peel and cut the mango into small pieces and put them in the blender.
Blend until it becomes a smooth and homogeneous mixture, then add the very cold milk and the yoghurt left in the freezer for a few hours and mix them together for a few minutes.
Real milkshakes must be frothy, creamy and not watered down, keep sticking to the jar in which it was whipped, without slipping away.
Depending on the ripeness of the mango, you may add one tbsp of sugar to make a sufficiently sweet drink.
The glass should be cold to keep the right creaminess.
Serve the milkshake decorating it with a couple of mint leaves, straw and a long spoon.
